Registration and Small Grants Scheme for Voluntary Community and Faith Sector Organisations

Young People

Lancashire Young People's Service (YPS) operates across Lancashire and is available to all young people aged 13 to 19 (up to 25 for young people with Learning or Physical difficulties or disabilities) to give them the extra support they may need during the transition from Childhood and adolescence into adulthood.

In order to offer the best service to young people we work in partnership with schools, colleges, youth support agencies and others.

The registration and small grants scheme was set up to help the many voluntary, community and faith groups across the county that support young people. Funding is available to groups and individuals who need help in setting up or developing a project or purchasing equipment etc.

YPS Registration

Local youth voluntary, community and faith groups working with young people predominantly age 13-19 can register with YPS to gain support and share resources for youth work.
Registration ensures that groups who apply for funds meet essential criteria for safeguarding the well being of young people and helps local groups develop their.services.
