However, you like to talk we're here 365 days a year, 10am-10pm with information and advice.  In 2009, Interactive Services responded to more than 20,000 phone calls, over 23,000 text messages, 447 emails and 3,650 webtalk contacts from young people seeking information and support.

Interactive Services is run by the county council's Young People's Service. It opened in 1993 as a local helpline to support youth workers and young people in youth clubs in Lancashire.
