YOU HAVE THE RIGHT

This page is all about how you can get involved and have your say about things that affect you and your friends and be listened to.
We encourage and give young people the chance to have their voices heard at a local, regional and national level.
"All young people have the right to have a say about things that affect them especially when adults are making decisions about things that affect young people".
Article 12 - UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) 1989. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ratified (agreed to obey) the Convention on the Rights of the Child on 16th December 1991.
We as a service think that things will be better if young people plan, design and evaluate projects, session, trips and meetings themselves and young people will be more likely to get involved with the service.
