A citizen card costs £15. Over 18s can get a half price card by using a branded form which you can get from selected outlets.  You can apply online, print off the application form and post it back, or email for a postal application pack. 

Your local Youth Centre, or Community Centre may have application forms.  Local shops and advice centres may also have application forms. You need a passport photo signed by a professional person who isn’t related to you (it tells you on the application form who this can be) and a copy of your birth certificate or passport.
